RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return the item(s) to any one of our Discount Tire stores. Bring the item(s) you wish to return with your receipt as well as the your original payment method. Returns are handled on the basis of a case-by-case. Contact one of our expert experts at the nearest Discount Tire store, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
If you opt to exchange the item for a different one, your credit card will be debited to purchase the item. It will also be credit with the refund.
REFUNDS
Items that are eligible for return can be exchanged and then refunded back to the original tender form. If you made payment with a the credit card we’ll be able to credit the account in 14 days. The credit will appear on your next statement dependent on the bank that issued it or the billing cycle.
